The Hybrid Home Gym (SXT-550) comes standard with a combination seated leg extension / seated leg curl station for lower body exercises. Additionally, six preset pulleys in three separate training zones (high, mid, and low) replicate the legendary functional training capabilities of the Six Pack Trainer Built for almost any user, the hybrid home gym features adjustable seat height and telescopic seat back adjustments.
The optional leg press attachment (SXT-LP) includes a custom convex footplate, ensuring neutral ankle and knee alignment during exercise. With an inverted 2:1 cable ratio, the SXT-LP leg press attachment provides up to 400 lbs of weight resistance.
